The Taste of the Tamar has been an annual event in Launceston for the past 4 years, that celebrates the premium cool climate wines and regional produce from the Tamar Valley, Tasmania.
Visitors can travel under the one roof from cellar door to local producer, tasting, purchasing, gathering and learning about our unique Tamar Valley.
This year it is being held over 2 days at The Long Gallery , Salamanca Arts Centre,
77 Salamanca Place, Salamanca, Hobart Visitors purchase an entry ticket that provides them with a souvenir tasting glass and tasting booklet. They are then free to wander through the venue, sampling the produce, and meeting the people behind the produce, face to face.
